A feature available on another vehicle, trim level or market is not necessarily available for activation on every vehicle.

Activation & technical services
Cancellation or refund requests for coding, activation, parameterization and other technical services may be made only before VCTronic begins work on the requested service.
Once technical work has started, the service cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable. Completed or partially completed technical work is also non-refundable.
Important: Because compatibility can depend on the exact vehicle configuration, we strongly recommend contacting VCTronic and providing your VIN before purchasing an activation service.
Physical products
Physical products are subject to a separate cancellation and return process.
A customer may request cancellation of a physical product order before the order has been fulfilled or shipped.
Once a physical product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled through the pre-shipment cancellation process.
Where a return or refund is available for a particular physical product, VCTronic will provide the applicable return instructions and requirements.
Refund requests
Refund or cancellation requests should include the customer's name, order information and a short description of the request.

Vehicle & Activation Disclaimer
VCTronic services are intended for supported vehicles and configurations. Activation feasibility cannot be determined solely from the vehicle model or trim name.

For this reason, VCTronic strongly recommends providing the vehicle VIN before purchasing an activation when compatibility is uncertain.
Vehicle information

Software and vehicle changes
Subsequent dealer service, software updates, module replacement, hardware changes, coding changes or other modifications performed after an activation may affect the availability or operation of an activated feature.
VCTronic cannot guarantee that an activation will remain unchanged after unrelated third party, dealer or manufacturer interventions.
